The development area is 400,000 square meters in size and the value of the deal amounts to SEK 775 million. The transaction enables the construction of a new center for equestrian sports and the development of a new district in Malm\u00f6 with approximately 3,400 new homes. The deal is conditional on a decision by Sk\u00e5nska Travs\u00e4llskapet&#8217;s general meeting and by MKB&#8217;s board.<\/p>\n<p>Through the deal, Sk\u00e5nska Travs\u00e4llskapet can preserve Malm\u00f6&#8217;s traditional trotting sport at J\u00e4gersro, but in a newly developed version.<\/p>\n<p>LA PARTNERS has acted as legal advisor to Sk\u00e5nska Travs\u00e4llskapet in the sale with a team that mainly consisted of lawyers Andreas Ekstrand, Annika Edm\u00e9n and Emma Kratz.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Sk\u00e5nska Travs\u00e4llskapet and MKB Fastighets AB and have reached an agreement on the sale of J\u00e4gersro Travbana in Malm\u00f6.
