Lecturer: <\/strong> Justice Stefan Lindskog and Professor Emeritus Lars Heuman 09.00 Collection and coffee The Arbitration Act came into force in 1999. Lars Heuman was one of the experts who participated in the arbitration investigation, whose work led to the then new law. An increasingly extensive case law has emerged over the years. There is also a proposal for changes in the law.<\/p>\n During the seminar, Stefan Lindskog and Lars Heuman will review recent years’ practice. They will also address the current proposal for amendments to the Arbitration Act.<\/p>\n Stefan Lindskog is the President of the Supreme Court.
