LA PARTNERS has assisted 3SG AB in the transfer of QCG Sweden AB and its subsidiaries (Q-Group) to Nexer Group AB. Q-Group is a large provider of IT consultancy services and consist of around 30 companies with a global turnover of around 700 million SEK. The transaction is subject to regulatory clearance by the Inspectorate of Strategic Products and by the Swedish Competition Authority.
LA PARTNERS team has primarily consisted of Patrik Svensson, Klas Eklund and Rebecca Hörnell.
