LA PARTNERS has advised Wihlborgs Fastigheter on the acquisition of Castellum’s property portfolio in southern Sweden for SEK 13.3 billion. The portfolio comprises 95 properties located in Malmö, Lund and Helsingborg. The acquisition is conditional upon approval from the Swedish Competition Authority and the Inspectorate of Strategic Products. Completion is planned for 1 October, but the timing is dependent on the regulatory process.
