The law firm LA PARTNERS is pleased to announce that the lawyer Annika Edmén has been recruited as a new partner. Annika Edmén is an experienced business lawyer who before joining LA PARTNERS worked for over ten years at Mannheimer Swartling Advokatbyrå.
Annika is an expert in IT and technology-related law and in addition has many years of experience of working with clients in matters concerning delivery, purchasing and cooperation agreements and in connection with joint ventures, acquisitions and restructuring of various kinds. Annika is an experienced negotiator with a great business sense. Annika will be responsible for LA PARTNERS ‘new business area IT, technology and outsourcing and in addition assist LA PARTNERS clients in contract negotiations and with general business law issues.
