Through a company transaction, Wihlborgs Fastigheter AB (publ) has acquired a large office property in Lund in which Ericsson is the largest tenant. The underlying property value amounts to 570 million. Following the acquisition, Wihlborgs owns and manages 242,000 m2 in Lund, of which 134,000 m2 at Ideon.
In the transaction, Wihlborgs was assisted by the law firm LA PARTNERS through the lawyer Andreas Ekstrand.
