We are expanding and are now looking for another assistant lawyer. The person we are looking for has worked for a few years at a business law law firm and has experience of and interest in commercial agreements. We are therefore happy to see that during your years at a business law law firm you have to a large extent worked with the establishment and negotiation of commercial agreements and / or M & amp; A.
You must also have a good ability to express yourself orally and in writing in both Swedish and English and to convey legal issues in an easily accessible way. As a person, you are social, thorough, flexible and goal-oriented. We can offer you a stimulating work environment with varied work tasks and interesting clients.
