The Swedish Public Purchasers’ (SOI) annual conference 2019 will be held on 3-5 April in Uppsala. SOI’s annual conference is Sweden’s largest conference for public procurement and last year the conference gathered just over 900 participants from all over Sweden. Among the invited experts speaking at the conference are our partner and lawyer Maria Lidbom and associate Alexander Rappe. Maria and Alexander will talk about volume estimates in framework agreements according to LOU.
